Frequently Asked Questions
- Timer won't start? Make sure Tap Timer is open and active on your screen and that Silent Mode is not engaged on your iPhone.
- Hearing a sound on Apple Watch instead of silent haptics? Put your Watch in Silent Mode — swipe up for Control Center and tap the bell icon, or simply cover the display with your palm to mute.
- Where is the Watch app? The companion app can take a few minutes to install automatically. If it hasn’t appeared, open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to “Available Apps,” and tap Install next to Tap Timer.
- Workouts not saving to Health? Go to iPhone Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Tap Timer and enable all categories.
